Welcome to Health Education. Within the Center for Student Wellness and under Counseling and Substance Abuse Services, Health Education encompasses education, awareness and prevention with regard to public health.  The Health Educator, Laura Lindroth, is here to help you with any of your health questions and concerns. 

Health Education offers information regarding numerous health topics such as safe sex, sexuality, nutrition and diet, fitness and exercise, sexual assault, family planning, contraceptives (birth control), eating disorders and body image concerns, and much more.  You can schedule a presentation on a particular health topic for your class or group, get information, obtain male and female condoms, help plan a health event on campus, or inquire about resources for additional information.  You can meet personally with the Health Educator for your specific health needs, or stop by to ask general questions or obtain information.
